A multidisciplinary artist from Hartsville, SC, Adrian holds a BFA (2005) and MFA (2011) from Winthrop University. She is the recipient of the SC Arts Commission 2020 Individual Artist Fellowship and the 2020 SECAC Artist Fellowship. She has been an Artist in Residence in the at the 701 Center for Contemporary Art in Columbia, SC (2022), the McColl Center in Charlotte, NC. (Winter/Spring 2024), and Ramona in Houston, TX. (2024)
